The intent of this blog is to write about things that I find interesting. That’s pretty much it! What? Were you expecting more? Nope. That’s it. Currently interested in bread baking, and in improving my piano skills. Currently, it’s a journal of my road on the way to becoming an experienced baker of sourdough bread.
